MY.GAMES Launcher - Can't Connect

If you encounter any problems while attempting to log into the MY.GAMES Launcher, please try the following steps to resolve this issue:

  1. Log out of your account,
  2. Click on “Show Hidden Icons” - an arrow located at the bottom right corner of your desktop,
  3. Right click the MY.GAMES Launcher icon,
  4. Click ‘Exit’ to close the program.

When the client has been completely closed, reopen the MY.GAMES Launcher and log back into your account to continue.
