Account Transfer issues

If you haven't migrated your gPotato or Mail.Ru Games GmbH account yet, here are some guidelines regarding Account Transfer process.

First of all, make sure that your My.games account and your previous account (gPotato or Mail.Ru Games GmbH) are not linked here: allods.my.games/en/user

If you're a former gPotato player coming from EU or NA servers, Level Up player or a former player of Italian version of Allods operated by Mail.RU Games GMBH, please open a ticket and provide as much information as possible, so that we were able to identify you as an account owner. Please provide your gPotato ID (Level Up login. etc), name/class/level of the characters created under this account, name of the guild(s) you're a member of, last login time to the game. Add screenshots, if possible.

Please note, that if you've already created and leveled up characters under a certain My.games account it can't be used for the external account (gPotato or Mail.Ru Games GMBH) migration unless the characters are fully deleted. So if you intend to continue playing with these characters - please Sign Up for another My.games account on Allods Portal (allods.my.games/en) and open a ticket using this newly created account.
