Technical Issue

If you encounter a technical issue with the game, please contact us with a detailed description, and our specialists will do their best to assist you.
 
If you are on PC, please submit additional diagnostic files upon sending your request:

  • For My.Games Launcher: use the game launcher function (it's the arrow next to the 'Play' button), choose the 'Collect diagnostic data' menu item, and wait till all data is collected. The folder with the collected files will be opened automatically.
  • For Steam: please, use this utility to gather the files. The archive with the collected files will be available here: '\Steam\steamapps\common\WRFrontiers\MGLauncher' > with the file name < 'logs_date_time.tar.gz' ('logs_date_time').

If you are playing on a console, no additional diagnostic data is required.
