Technical Issue

If you have encountered a technical issue with the game, please contact us, provide its detailed description, and our specialists will do their best to help you.

Upon sending your request, please, submit technical data from your PC.

- For My.Games Launcher: please, use the game launcher function (it's the arrow next to the 'Play' button), choose the 'Collect diagnostic data' menu item, and wait till all data is collected. The folder with the collected files will be opened automatically.

- For Steam: please, use this utility to gather the files. The archive with the collected files will be available here: '\Steam\steamapps\common\WRFrontiers\MGLauncher' with the file name 'logs_date_time.tar.gz' ('logs_date_time').
