If you feel that a player has violated our policies, please report them to our Customer Support for investigation by creating a ticket from this article. 

It is very important for us that you comply with the following conditions in the request:

1. You must provide the correct in-game nickname of the offender. Also, only one offender can be reported per ticket.
2. All reports within the "Griefing" category must have a video showing the violation (either as an attachment in .mp4 format, or a link to the uploaded video). All reports of other violations must have screenshots in .bmp, .png, .jpg or .jpeg format.

 Otherwise, we may not be able to even start the investigation of the offender.

We also would like to remind you about the in-game report system. It allows you to quickly send a report on a potential abuser right from the match.
