Purchased Items Not Delivered
Have you made a purchase on the account but haven't received the items? Please don’t worry! There can be a number of reasons as to why the items have not yet been delivered:
- The wrong account was logged into while making the purchase
- The payment was accepted but the items have been delayed
- The payment was denied but funds held by your banking institution
To help confirm whether or not the payment was successful, first check your statement and verify the funds have been taken. If the funds haven’t been taken, this means there was a problem with the checkout process and the transaction was canceled.
However, if the funds have been taken and the items have not yet been delivered to the account. Please allow up to 24 hours for our systems to accept and deliver the items to the account.
If the items aren’t applied to the account after 24 hours, please contact our Support Specialists for assistance.
