Game crashes
If you have game crashes (software errors) while loading to a game match/mission, please do the following:
Unequip the 'Mauser C96 Custom' and any of its skins/series versions from all classes.
Try deleting all expired items from your in-game inventory and clear all messages from the game inbox.
If the issue persists, follow the instructions for game crashes while loading to the game lobby.
For game crashes while loading to the game lobby, please delete saved data from your console.
You can use the following instructions:
1. Press the 'Xbox' button on your controller;
2. Select 'My games & apps';
3. Select 'Warface: Clutch' and then press 'More options';
4. Go to 'Manage game & add-ons';
5. Scroll down to 'Saved Data';
6. Select 'Warface: Clutch';
7. Clear reserved space.
If the issue persists, completely delete 'Warface: Clutch' from your console, then re-download and reinstall it:
1. From the Xbox home screen, press the 'Xbox Button > My Games & Apps'.
2. Highlight the title of 'Warface: Clutch' and press Menu on your controller. (That’s the Start button, for most players.)
3. Select 'Uninstall' from the pop-up menu that appears.
4. Download and reinstall it again. Head back to 'My Games & Apps > Full Library'. You’ll be able to see every game you’ve previously purchased, even if you’ve uninstalled it from your device. To reinstall a title, select the appropriate one to highlight it and click Install.
All the progress data is stored on the server side. Reinstalling the game and deleting saved data should have no effect on any of it.
