Just follow the next steps to start a new game:

1. Go to the game 'Settings' menu.
2. Open 'Profile' menu.
3. Press the 'Start' button.

After that, you can start a new game with a new account. 
Please remember that when you start a new game all your current progress and purchases will stay on your old account.
