I have a problem with a purchase
It may take some time to receive your purchase. If you have not received the requested item, relaunch the game. And, If that does not help or you have another issue with your purchase (billing, etc.), please click on the button below to contact game support. Explain the situation in detail to a support specialist: what kind of item you purchased and when, provide details about your account, and also attach a screenshot with the details of the payment you are experiencing issues with.
It is important to attach a receipt from either Google Play (for Android devices) or App Store (for iOS devices).
Android: provide us the Transaction ID from the mail that was sent to you by Google with the payment (the Transaction ID should have a GPA.****-****-****-***** format). You can find your Transaction ID in the Google Payments Center, clicking on the specific payment.
iOS: send the screenshot of the Transaction from the email that was sent to you by App Store with the payment. You can also find the information about your purchases in your iTunes account: iTunes Store — View Account — Purchase History — See All.
