UPDATED: Why Has the Silver Balance Decreased or Gone Negative?
UPDATED: If you notice that your silver balance has changed again, it means that suspicious activity related to claiming bonuses from the event calendar has been detected on your account: slots were redeemed on your game account multiple times using different MY.GAMES accounts. According to the event calendar rules, each bonus can only be claimed once per game account. Bonuses that were repeatedly obtained on your game account from different MY.GAMES accounts have been revoked and deducted in silver equivalent.
Your silver balance changed because you may have received a paid item worth 500,000 silver for free from the event calendar. This amount has been deducted from your account, but your VIP points were not affected. If your silver balance is negative, you’ll need to earn silver to bring it back to positive.
