Can't get Crystals for the special offer completion

The verification of the offer completion and the reward distribution is made by the partner advertising company. In order to check the status of the accepted offer and to contact the offerwall support team, follow the instruction below:

1. Open the offerwall section via the "More free" button in the game.
2. Switch to the "In progress" section on the top of the screen.
3. Choose the offer you claim completion on.
4. Check the requirements of the offer again and make sure that you have fulfilled all of them. 
Note that most of the offers take approximately 15 min to process, but some of them may require more time.
5. If the reward has not been received within a long time after the offer completion, press "Missing coins", then "Contact support"
6. Find the necessary application in the list and press "Missing Crystals".
7. Read the FAQ section thoroughly and learn about the possible reasons for the missing reward.
8. Scroll down to the bottom of the section and press "Submit a support ticket".
9. Fill in all necessary information (valid email, minimum of 50 characters, a screenshot demonstrating the offer completion).
10. Submit a ticket and save the ticket number you received.

Please keep in mind: 
- only completions that are approved by the advertiser will be rewarded;
- receiving a reward is possible only if you installed the app on your device for the first time;
- each offer may only be completed once. Additional attempts will not be rewarded.
