If your game account has been linked to a Facebook account, you can restore it yourself.

Follow the instructions below:

1. Open the game.
2. Once you're on the title screen, press the button 'Save your progress'.
3. Log into your Facebook account and confirm the loading of your game progress.

If your account has not been linked or you are having issues restoring your account on your own

Please submit a ticket to the customer support and specify the following information:

• Game ID of the lost account
• The last level you completed
• The name of the club if you were in one.
• Models of all the devices you have used to play the game on.
• All cities and countries where you have launched the game.
• Name of the Internet service provider or mobile carrier whose services you have used.
• Game ID of your new account.

Please note that the new account will become unavailable after restoration of the old one. You need to submit the ID of the account you are ready to lose. Support team might ask you for additional details if necessary. All the details are required for successfull identification of the lost account and ensuring its safety.
