I have an Issue with my Skyforge Xbox One Account

Please contact Skyforge Customer Support and provide your Xbox Gamertag along with the email address for the following:
   - Skyforge Game Account (Restoration, In-Game Suspension, In-Game Ban/Mute) 
   - Skyforge Account (Password Recovery, Security Question, Avatar image)
   - Access to the Skyforge Forums.
 
 
To request a Refund for Skyforge Xbox One, players must first contact Skyforge Customer Support and request to remove the items from the account. When the items have been removed, our team will provide you with the details to contact Xbox Support to finalize the refund process: 
   - Argent & Package Purchases
   - Season Pass Purchases
 
 
All other issues associated with your Xbox account must go through Xbox Customer Support who will assist with the following:
   - Skyforge / Xbox One Account linking process 
   - Xbox Live Membership questions/concerns
   - Xbox Live Account (Sign-up, Avatar Creation, Appeals, etc.) 
   - Argent & Package Purchases
