I Have an Issue With My Skyforge Nintendo Switch Account

Please contact Skyforge Customer Support and provide your Switch Username along with the email address for the following:

  • Skyforge Game Account (Restoration, In-Game Suspension, In-Game Ban/Mute) 
  • Skyforge Account (Password Recovery, Security Question, Avatar image)

All other issues associated with your Switch account must go through Nintendo Switch Customer Support who will assist with the following:

  • Skyforge / Switch Account linking process 
  • Nintendo Switch Account (Sign-up, Avatar Creation, Appeals, etc.) 
  • Argent & Package Purchases
