I have encountered a technical issue in a battle
Contact us and provide as many details as possible:
- Give a step-by-step description of what was happening on your screen before the problem, the moment it happened and after the problem.
- Specify, were there any error messages. If so, describe their contents (e.g. "Connection unstable", "Technical defeat" and so on). If you manage to take screenshots of the errors, submit them.
- Specify, how often does the issue happen (once/constantly).
- Specify whether you have seen a battle results' window. If so, describe, what happened right before that. If not, describe, how you managed to leave the battle.
