Connection/Download solutions

For any connection and download issues, please try the following solutions to help test your network's connection on your Xbox console:

  1. Open the Xbox Dashboard.
  2. Press the Menu and browse to Settings.
  3. Select Network.
  4. At the Network Settings screen, test both the network connection and multiplayer connection,

 

Note: Initiating these tests should alert you of any issues with your network connectivity.
