I haven't received my in-app purchase
Sometimes a situation can arise when a player spends money on a purchase, but resources aren't added to their account. This is extremely rare, but it is possible. In this case, please, wait a little while (it can take from a few minutes to a day).
If the resources still haven't been added after 24 hours, please follow the instructions from below depending on the platform you are playing on.
Submit a ticket to the technical support team directly from the game (Settings → Customer support → I haven't received my in-app purchase).
Try restoring the purchase via the in-game option:
1. Open Settings of the game.
2. Press Restore Purchase button on the bottom of the window.
If it does not help, submit a ticket to the customer support directly from the game (Settings → Customer support → I haven't received my in-app purchase).
