Can I refund my In-App Purchase?

Android:
Please submit a ticket to the technical support team directly from the game. Describe the situation as accurately as possible, and also attach a screenshot with the details of the payment you are experiencing issues with. The screenshot should clearly show the Transaction ID of the payment and the price.

To view the full history of your payments open the Google Payments Center.

iOS:
We kindly inform you, that payments cleared via AppStore are processed exclusively by Apple.
