Connectivity issues
The game client requires a constant, stable connection to the game server for a comfortable gaming experience. If the connection is not stable enough, intermittent, or completely missing, you can experience the following symptoms:
- The game does not start
- Red Wi-Fi icon at the top of the screen
- Server connection error messages
- Error messages when loading data from the server
To resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:
- Wait a bit, and then try again.
- Close the app, restart your device, reopen the game and check if the issue is resolved.
If the issue persists, please try these additional troubleshooting steps:
If you are on mobile data:
- If possible, insert the SIM card into another slot.
- Try to use a SIM card from another carrier to connect.
- Try using a Wi-Fi connection.
If you are using Wi-Fi:
- Disable and then re-enable Wi-Fi in the device settings.
- Reboot your router. After establishing a stable connection to the Wi-Fi network, check if the problem is still there.
- If the problem persists, please contact your ISP's support team.
