I lost my progress. What shall I do?
Please check that you are using the correct username and password for the game platform. Submit a support ticket from a new account to the in-game support located in the game settings.

Is it possible to play with my account from the phone? Why I can't enter the game with my account in the mobile version?
Ingame progress is bound to Google account for android users and to Apple ID for Apple users. That is the reason you can't enter the game from other accounts.

Does the game has a crossplatform gameplay?
Game progress cannot be trasferred. Your progress is connected to platform account you play.

How to start a new game?
You need to create a new account on the same or another platform. You can't delete your current ingame progress.

How can I contact developer?
You should write to support via game or send mail to support.city.eu@redbrixwall.com.

How to switch the game to full screen mode?
You can switch the game to full screen mode by using the blue button with two arrows in the upper right corner, near the panel with your coins.

Are there graphics settings in the game?
No.

How to destroy a building?
Hold left mouse button on the building than click on bulldozer icon.

How to add a player to the friendlist?
You need to add a player to the friendlist on the platform you play.

What can I do in the city of another player?
You can search and buy goods in their global exchange.

What is the purpose of the union?
With the union you can buy necessary goods from allied global exchange, have social interactions with allies and also you have an opportunity to fight for the first place in the unions rating.

How to invite players to the union?
Publish your announcement on different social platforms.

What is the limit of characters in the union name?

How to change name of the city?
There is no way to change it. Town is named only once at the start of the game.

How to use accelerators in the factories?
Access factory orders you want to accelerate. On the left side of orders window you will see accelerator images (bronze, silver and gold clocks). Drag this image with left mouse click onto your factory in the center of your screen and release.

How to find which ingredients are needed for producting certain goods in the factory?
Click on the factory, than click and hold left mouse button on the good you need.

What is the purpose of the oil?
Oil is used for crafting materials, for example plastic or gasoline. Also you can use oil to complete the orders.

How to build water canals? When are they be available?
They will be available when Venice event starts.

Why are my buildings differ from buildings in events (news)?
Events from the news are available for advanced players. You need to rise your city level a bit.

How does the game select my event opponents?
It depends on a type of the event. Usually it's based on level and activity of the player.

I received all event rewards, should I continue completing event quests?
Yes. You will get pieces for collections.

How many slots does the global exhange have?

How can I free warehouse space without global exhange?
You can sell goods via warehouse menu.

What will happen if I cancel lot on the global exhange? Will it return to me?
It will not.

Where can I get coins for project "new territory?"
You can obtain them as a reward for completing delivery quests if you have active event construction.

How many decks does a ship have?
3 max.

How to open the passanger seaport in the game?
Complete all quest lines from the passanger railroad event.

What are the railcars upgrade need for?
This upgrade increases their capacity.

Where can I get the locomotive blueprints?
In the final order chest.

Can I refresh order in the cargo airport?
No.

Why do I need to upgrade the passanger plane?
Upgraded planes can transfer more passangers per flight and you will obtain bigger reward.
