If you receive an error code or a message from your platform when attempting to make an in-app-purchase, please contact customer support of the application store you installed the game client through.
For some reason, you can't contact us from the game on your mobile device? You are welcome to create a support ticket in the Billing issue not listed section. Don't forget to describe your payment issue and send a screenshot of the error that prevents you from contacting us through the game support button.
