I did not receive Gems for the special offer completion

The verification of the offer completion and the reward distribution is made by the partner advertising company. In order to check the status of the accepted offer and to contact the offerwall support team, follow the instruction below:

1. Open the in-game bank by pressing "+" near the gem icon at the top of the screen.

2. Press "More" to open the offerwall section.
3. Switch to the "In progress" section at the top of the screen.


4. Choose the offer you claim completion on.
5. Check the requirements of the offer again and make sure that you have fulfilled all of them.
6. Please wait 24 hours for the offer to be processed. Note that most of the offers take approximately 15 min to process, but some of them may require more time.
7. If the reward has not been received within 24 hours after the offer completion, press "Missing coins", then "Contact support".

Note that the "Contact support" button becomes available only after 24 hours after you accept the offer.


8. Find the necessary application on the list and press "Missing Gold".
9. Read the FAQ section thoroughly and learn about possible reasons for the missing reward.
10. Scroll down to the bottom of the section and press "Submit a support ticket".
11. Fill in all the required information (valid email, minimum of 50 characters, a screenshot demonstrating the offer completion).
12. Submit a ticket and save the ticket number you received. The replies from the offerwall support team will be sent to the e-mail which you have submitted when creating the ticket.

Please keep in mind:
- only completions that are approved by the advertiser will be rewarded,
- each offer may only be completed once. Additional attempts will not be rewarded.
