To report unacceptable or illegal content, launch the game, open Settings > Support > Start a conversation (or tap the pen icon in the top right corner), or contact us at dinosquad_support@pixonic.com.

Please provide a detailed description of the reported content: where the content or behaviour can be found: the game or service, server or region, player's nickname or ID, chat channel, clan name or forum thread, why you are reporting it: briefly explain what happened and why you believe the content or behaviour should be reviewed. Attach screenshots or other evidence, if you have them.

The more precise your report is, the easier it is for us to review it. If information needed to assess your report is missing, we may ask you for more details. We won't share your identity with the person you report unless this is strictly necessary or required by law.

Please note that deliberately submitting false reports is a violation of our rules.

Should you remain dissatisfied with the decision made by our support team, you may lodge an appeal within an ongoing request or by submitting a new one.
