I Did Not Receive My Twitch Drops

There are several reasons why Twitch Drops might not arrive in your Conqueror’s Blade inventory.

1. Rewards have not been claimed on Twitch

Starting October 2020, rewards have to be claimed in the Twitch inventory instead of being sent automatically. After clicking “claim” it will take up to 72 hours for them to appear in your Conqueror's Blade web inventory. Please do not open a ticket until after 72 hours have passed.

2. The wrong account is connected

If you receive no items at all, it could mean that the wrong account was connected to Twitch.

To connect another account, please visit your Twitch connection settings, scroll to “Other connections”, find “Conqueror’s Blade” and click “Disconnect”.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you want to earn drops on your Steam profile you MUST login to our website using your Steam account PRIOR to connecting your Twitch account. In order to do that, please do the following:

  1. Open this page: https://account.my.games/
  2. Log out from the current account by clicking on your profile picture on the top right and then on “Log out”.
  3. Open this page: https://conqblade.com/
  4. Click on “Log in” on the top right
  5. Make sure you choose the Log in tab (and not Sign up)
  6. In the “Log in with” menu, click the Steam icon
  7. Now you're logged in with your Steam account and you can proceed to this page: https://conqblade.com/promo/twitchregionselect/

If you do not want to connect a Steam account, follow the steps above, but instead of clicking on the Steam icon, enter your username (email) and password.

If you're not sure which account is connected to your Twitch account, we recommend that you reconnect your account, using the steps above.

Unfortunately, previously earned items cannot be transferred between accounts, but with the correct link, you will be able to obtain future drops. If items are not delivered to your account 72 hours after claiming them, most likely, you've connected the incorrect account and we recommend that you follow the previous steps.

3. The account was not reconnected on our website

All connections on our site have been reset on 22/10/2020, but you will still see your account in the Twitch connections tab. To be able to receive claimed rewards, please visit https://conqblade.com/promo/twitchregionselect/ and reconnect your account, choosing the region you want to receive Drops for. Any rewards claimed in the meantime will be sent after the connection has been re-established.

4. You are not meeting the eligibility criteria

Please make sure to check the campaign’s requirements to receive Twitch Drops, as it can differ each time.
If you're missing only some of the items in your Twitch inventory, it means that not all criteria are met, for example you have stopped watching the stream prior to reaching a “watch for a certain amount of time” condition. In order to avoid this problem, just watch the stream a bit longer than you were initially supposed to.
