Our goal is to create an enjoyable experience for everybody in Conqueror’s Blade. Using in-game mechanics a way that gives one or several players unfair advantages is not allowed and will lead to account suspensions.

We reserve the right to suspend offending houses collectively, if abuse happens during Territory Wars, as the gains will be beneficial to every house member. We will only apply these sanctions after confirming the abuse without doubt and careful consideration. 

Non exhaustive list of behavior that we consider abuse*:

• “Slot blocking” during Territory Wars.
•  Abusing a bug in the game, to gain advantages like extra currency, exp or items.
•  "Griefing" other players, which hinders their normal game experience.

*These are just a few examples; any toxic or unsportsmanlike conduct can lead to a sanction.

Behavior we encourage:

• Play fair, so that everybody can enjoy the game.
• If you find a bug in-game, make a screenshot or video and report it to Customer Support.
• Join a house that plays by the rules and make great friendships!

If you feel a player has violated our policies, please report them to our Support team. If you report a player you met in a cross-server match, please specify your own server in the form and mention that it's a cross-server report in the description.
