  • Armored Warfare / Xbox Account linking process.
  • Xbox Membership questions/concerns.
  • Xbox Account (Sign-up, Avatar, Xbox Profile, Appeals, etc.).
  • Requesting a refund
While we wish we can provide you with a refund, unfortunately, we cannot because the payment was cleared through the Microsoft Store and can only be processed by Microsoft. However, in the event that the payment was cleared by MY.GAMES , only then, could we influence the situation.
