If you pressed Play in the MY.GAMES Launcher, signed in, and the game started up (for example, text appeared reading “Launching game”), but then an error occurred, the issue is not related to the MY.GAMES Launcher.

If at least one of the following occurs:

• problems with the game client’s functionality
• limited access to a gaming project (ban or character lock)
• bugs within the game or with your character’s in-game inventory
