We kindly inform you that purchases on Steam ARE NOT APPLIED to existing Allods MY.GAMES accounts. Thus, it is impossible to transfer purchases from Steam account to existing MY.GAMES account
It is important to note that accounts registered using Steam are treated as different accounts, even if they are linked to the same e-mail address.
In this case, we recommend you to contact Steam support and request a refund, as we are unable to operate on purchases made on Steam.
