I'm Experiencing a Download or Connection Issue

If you encounter any issues while connecting to Skyforge or downloading the game, please try the following steps to help test your network's connection on your Switch console:

  1. From the home page, navigate to the Switch “System settings” menu
  2. Select “Internet
  3. At the “Internet Settings” screen, select “Test Connection

Initiating this test will inform you of any issues with your connection.
