How to Submit a Ticket
In order to create a ticket to our support service, you need to create a MY.GAMES account using an email address or one of our other authentication options (social media accounts etc.).
After logging in with your MY.GAMES account, go back to the Nintendo Switch support category and submit a ticket from the support article corresponding to your problem.
Please add the name of the affected in-game character in your description, which will help us to find your Nintendo Switch Skyforge account.
