If your email provider is Mail.ru, but it is not confirmed, you will be asked to change your username
If your email address has been confirmed and when you log in for the first time, you see a message saying you need to change your username, then you can use another email account, your phone number, or one of the available social networks to log into the MY.GAMES Store. Your password will stay the same.
Important: Your account and characters are saved when you change your username or phone number.
- Go to your MY.GAMES Store account and enter the email address and the password you used to log into My.com.
- If a window appears warning you that your username is already in use, you’ll need to change it.
- Come up with and enter a new username or log in using one of the available social networks.
- If you’ve done everything correctly, you’ll see a message that you’ve successfully changed your username.
