I didn’t receive purchased currency

First, we recommend checking the amount of in-game currency prior to the purchase to verify whether it has changed or remained the same after the payment has been processed.

If you’ve purchased in-game currency and it was not transferred to your character, please, reload the game by refreshing the application page. Note: payment processing can take up to 15 minutes.

If the currency still has not been transferred to your account, please file a request to our support team or contact the official game group using the “Send a message” feature. Send us a request, making sure you submit the following data:

  • Player Nickname
  • Server
  • Payment Date and Time
  • Payment Method
  • Total Payment

Please save your receipt slips until the currency is transferred to your in-game account!
