I can't withdraw funds, there was no account block notification

Question: The site confirms the payment was successful, but, the funds are not reflected on the account. What should I do?

Answer: Make sure that the account to which you tried to withdraw funds is registered and the email associated with it is confirmed. This situation often occurs with the PayPal service. If the account is not created or the email is not confirmed, then the payment will be expected within 30 days to create an account or confirm the email. If after registering an account and confirming the email, funds have not arrived within 30 days, please contact our support service.

If you are sure that the account has been correctly created and the email is confirmed, but after two days from the moment of withdrawal, the funds have not been credited to your payment system account and have not returned to your DonationAlerts balance, please contact our support service.

 

Question: Error "Withdrawal is not available at the moment. Please try again later" appears when I try to effect a withdrawal. What should I do?

Answer: In case the problem still persists two business days later, please contact our Support Service.
